mysql_connect and related mysql_* extensions were deprecated in php v5.5 and have been removed in PHP v7. So it would be better if ASTPP were using mysqli_connect or PDO imo. Those drivers are already included in /system/database/drivers so it doesn't appear like it would be too difficult of a change. |
