I have seen that the duration of the CDR report viewed when editing the customer is displaying the time as 1765201:45 regardless of the actual billable seconds. The DID CDR does not display on the main detail report on the admin page. It does display correctly on the CDR report when logged in as a customer. |

Can you please check that your account type is customer or provider? Can you provide us steps or screenshot because unfortunately we are unable to reproduce this issue. |

If I login as administrator and try to view the Call Reports > Detail Reports> Customer. Only outbound (STANDARD) calls are displayed. See screenshot attached. Then If I look at the Accounts > Customers and edit the customer then select CDR I can see the inbound and outbound calls but the time format of the duration is incorrect (displayed as 1765201:45) on the DID call and showing 00:00 for the outbound call. The outbound call was 00:13 seconds according to the main report and screenshot above. If I login as the customer then the report displays 100% correctly. |

Issue has been fixed now. You can take latest source and test it out. |

Thanks. The time format is now correct but the incoming calls are still not showing on the main detail report for administrators. |

Hi again. The issue is still not resolved with the admin customer detail report. There is still no DID calls showing. When I look at the database table CDRS, I see it the 'type' column has a value of 3 for inbound calls and a value of 0 for outbound. If I modify the value manually to 0 then the record shows on the report. I have tried looking at the code but cannot seem to see where the issue is. |
