Can you capture astpp.log for the call and pass it to us? That will give us more clear picture about the issue.

figured it out..terminology is bad... Origination rates should be renamed Customer Rates.... origination in the voip world means incoming or inbound....

i uploaded SAME list for termination rates and origination rates leaving the rate group markup to do it's job but nothing in costs..

just need to have inbound calls to did 5553332211 be cost calculated so profit actually makes sense...

just need the COST of the call to display for inbound.. hence all is 0 right now so it makes profit 4000% ~

That is how it should work as rate group which has been assigned to customer, you have configured markup in that.
