 Description   

Would it be big job to add extra field for mac address and device password in SIP device creation window?
Then it would be easy to run bash or php script in background to generate files for phone auto provisioning.

Nope its not a big job to add extra field for mac address and device password in sip device.
If you have scripts implemeneted and planning to contribute them for community for auto provisioning then we will add require information in sip device module.
