Follow below steps to get it :

1. Goto to termination page
2. Open search box
3. Click on Search button
4. Now you will get delete search record button.
5. Click on it and it will delete all.

Update source code and test it out. Again verified on demo and its working.

If in your case its not working then let me know which browser you using with version number. So we can try from there.
