I'd like to say that this is +99 
Most of my providers sends rate updates often and, of course, prior and this is a main reason I don't use ASTPP yet.
Actually, we're using effective date for origination rates as well as some customers cannot accept immediate price changes. Would be great to have this feature also.
Code,Destination,Connect Cost,Included Seconds,Per Minute Cost,Initial Increment,Increment.
Can't find the effective date field in the origination rates...
Unfortunately, this was not changed even in 4.0
