Hello,

When postpaid customer tries to TOPUP the balance, there is a message, that that operation is restricted.
Any idea why postpaid customer can not pay for the account?

Genia Postpaid customer can not top-up, Prepaid customer can only top-up. Postpaid customer can pay only generated invoice and if he want more balance then he will contact to Admin to increase his credit limit.
