Hey there,

I was hoping if someone could lend me a hand. I've been trying to work with the software on the community edition, but I keep encountering the same problem over and over again. It's getting quite frustrating, and I'm almost at the point of giving up. Here's what's happening: every time I set up a new customer and register their account on a softphone, it initially seems to work as intended. However, after about 5 to 6 minutes of activity, the account becomes blocked or stops functioning altogether. I've tried restarting the system and even checked the logs, but the issue persists. Interestingly, if I create a new account, it works perfectly fine for the first five minutes, but then it gets blocked again. I'm not sure if this is a restriction specific to the community edition or if there's something else I should be aware of. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

Every time I set up a new instant of astpp in the cloud and set myself up as a virtual customer, my hard work seems to connect automatically however, after 4:58 minutes, the system automatically blocks the account. I can't find any reason for the account being blocked in the logs I cannot make calls from the handset because the system is blocking it I have tried this with multiple new instant installations and I keep coming up with exactly the same problem, time and time again, coming up to the five-minute mark the system blocks account and cannot make calls. The account in question cannot make outgoing calls nor receive incoming calls. The account is placed into a complete lockdown.
