 Description   

I set up ASTPP Version 6.0 and it seems that most things are working, except when I call the calling card number. I’ve tried calling with two test accounts, both with 5000 Shillings which is my country base currency (Ugandan Shillings) in them, and the system reports them as having " eighteen million seven hundred seven thousand seven hundred fifty shillings 18,707,750" balance which is over and above my set credit allocation.

We do not have any issue in our local so we need to test it in your server.

Unfortunatelly SSH   is blocked from external networks is it possible to use a teamviewer access.

Hello Palak Rami,

ASTPP reports incorrect balance on card.  I've tried calling with two test accounts, both with in them, and the system reports them as having a wrong  balance and it won't let me make a call. There's no helpful debug info

Hello Dorcas Kagoya, please add your fixer key in settings to convert currency, after add fixer key currency will convert and you can listen proper balance of customer in access number calls. please let me know if anything.

Dear Dorcas Kagoya
 Here you can check customer currency is INR and Admin currency as well as base currency is USD.

When customer is calling on access number, currency properly converting and announcing in INR during the call.

As per comment of Ashish Gohil please configure correct fixer key or update your currency rate manually.
