 Description   

Steps to reproduce : 

  1. Enable call recording into customer
  2. Do local call
  3. Check recorded file after hang-up
  4. Try to play find in CDRs
  5. Download file from CDRs and play into your system

Expected Result : File should be play in CDRs as well as in local system. Same thing is currently working if i download file using scp command.

please help the problem is not fixed. some records are downloaded but the main masa remains broken

насколько я понял проблема в пермишионсах 

лечится скриптом который назначает права записям и потом уходит в сон на короткое время но это не совсем правильно как по мне

Please follow below steps.

  1. Login in your server
  2. open cron file using command “crontab -e”
  3. paste the below line at the end of the file.
  4. ***** chmod -Rf 755 /opt/ASTPP/web_interface/astpp/playlist/example/media/recordings/* (Note : paste 5 Star, due to format issue it it showing different icons)
  5. Save the file

As per above change applied in latest community source v6.0, now it is working fine.
