We have found out there is a delay on calls that are been forwarded. Basically the call gets answered on a forwarding location but the caller will still here ringing for 2sec. We have used the numbers which are part of astpp to confirm on external provider is involved and we still have the issue. We are also seeing some error on astpp but not sure if it is related |
