 Description   

Steps :-
1. login as admin.
2. create rate group.
3. Then go to OR.
4. Edit any OR select Rat group who created before.
5. Then click to search button and select field rate group and search observe that
    The Rate Group Filed dropdown does not display data.

Expected:-

 - The rate group data should be displayed on the search button in the OR module.

Verified this issue as per the mentioned description and it's working properly. Please check attach screenshot. 

NOTE:- You must need to select Reseller drop down then only Rate Group dropdown will display.

when we select the value in  Reseller drop down then  Rate Group dropdown will display the value in latest source so close the Jira.
