steps to reproduce:

  1. login as admin
  2. make calls
  3. check cdrs entries
  4. check recordings display proper but not able to play 

expected result: call recordings should be play and work proper

Hello Bhavyata Raval,
Please follow below steps.

  1. Login in your server
  2. open cron file using command “crontab -e”
  3. paste the below line at the end of the file.
  4. ***** chmod -Rf 755 /opt/ASTPP/web_interface/astpp/playlist/example/media/recordings/* (Note : paste 5 Star, due to format issue it it showing different icons)
  5. Save the file

As per above change applied from  ASTPPENT-1345 ticket in latest community source v6.0, now it is working fine.
