 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Login as admin.
  2. go to Inbound > Ring group.
  3. now create a Ring group. (suppose selected extension number is 111)
  4. now go to sip device and click on sip routing option for above selected sip device.
  5. now enable user busy/not answer/ not registered option and then select any other sip devices (suppose for user busy - 222 )
  6. now registered SIP devices.
  7. now assign above ring group in any one DID.
  8. now Dial DID number.
  9. when above user is busy/not answer/not registered during call then observe as per set scenario.

 

Actual result :-  when in ring group destination selected sip devices configured sip routing for user busy/not answer/not register then call didn't routing on selected sip devices

Expected result :- when in ring group destination selected sip devices configured sip routing for user busy/not answer/not register then call should be route on selected sip devices.
