 Description   

steps to reproduce:

  1. login as admin
  2. install voice broadcast
  3. go to settings and open voice broadcast
  4. check voice broadcast setting page 
  5. voice broadcast title display thrice 

expected result: title = voice broadcast , sub title should be set as voice broadcast setting
