 Description   

Steps :

Check in Admin side
1. Go to Services > Products > Product list API
2. Enter characters or special characters in country_id, buy_cost, setup_fee, price,
commission, billing_days, billing_type, free_minutes, status and run the api and check
response

Expected result : No records Found message should be display or any validation message should be display for all below parameters.

country_id, buy_cost, setup_fee, price, commission, billing_days, billing_type, billing_days,free_minutes, status

Actual result : Product list API is running with wrong input and records also display.

Added validations in the above-mentioned fields if you enter alphabetic values.
