The reseller's search form have no "Entity Type", but accounts_model.php must get this. `if ($search['type'] != '0' && $search['type'] != '3') { $this->db->where($type); }` $search['type'] not defined. |

Issue has been fixed in version v3.5. Upgrade to latest version and test it out. |
