 Description   

.Setup recording file format, save directory, and filename format. etc.
.List and search the recording files by some conditions, such as caller_name,caller_number. datetime. etc
.Online listening the recorded files.

Thanks for your suggestion we will check out.

But in current system already option of recording file you can set it from customer add/edit "Allow Recording".

Recording file is not display on GUI side so you have to check from back-end.

I wish check recording file on the GUI and can search them by some conditions, and Can setup the recording file save to. and filename format.

It would be nice if the system during a call recording write some data to the database

@QQ110902 Partially feature has been develop ".Online listening the recorded files." you can verify in V-4.0

Remain thing will be develop in V-5.0

We have implemented call recording download and listen feature in 4.0 version in CDR report. You can filter your CDR records and if any CDR have recording then it will display.
