 Description   

Steps:

  1. Log in admin
  2. Go to Get addons ->Go to  Community -> Ring Group
  3. Install Ring Group
  4. Go to inbound -> Ring Group
  5. click on create button -> create one data in description then check droupdown.

Expected Result : Destination Droupdown need to have space in create and Edit page.

Destination Droupdown not have any space so reopen the Jira.

Verified in latest source v6.0

  1. status and description layout in bottom side not displaying fine. 
  2. In Between Destination and  Drop-down, space is not available as per new design.

  1. when add more extension , line showing randomly 
  2. time out text and drop down not align with each other

Tested latest pull when add more extension,drop down and align with each other worked expected result.
