 Description   

steps :- 

  1. Login as admin.
  2. go to get addon.
  3. installed voice broad casting.
  4. now re-login as admin/sub-admin login.
  5. go to inbound > voice broad cast.
  6. click on create.
  7. now direct click on save Button without select any files from selector and observe.
  8. now select any invalid files from "Broadcast" or "Destination Number "selector option and observe.

Actual result :- Validation error Message not displaying.

Expected result :- 

  1. When direct click on save Button without select any files from selector, then it should be display validation message like "Please Select File."  in both File selector option.
  2. When select any invalid files from "Broadcast" or *"Destination Number "*selector option, then it should be display proper validation error message.
  3. There should be also display validation error message for Max file size accordingly.

This issue is resolved in ASTPPCOM-982.

When we select wrong file in Destination Number then it display validation message field is required but we need to display validation message as only csv format allow in this field.
