 Description   

steps :- 

  1. Login as admin.
  2. go to get addon.
  3. installed voice broad casting.
  4. now re-login as admin/sub-admin login.
  5. go to inbound > voice broad cast.
  6. now click on "Download Sample File" Button and observe.

Actual result :-  1. in admin login when clicking on  "Download Sample File" Button, then white page displaying and sample file didn't downloaded.

2. In sub-admin login, "Download Sample File" Button is not displaying.

Expected result :- 1. in admin login when clicking on  "Download Sample File" Button, then sample file should be download successfully.

2. In sub-admin login, "Download Sample File" Button should be available.

This issue is resolved in ASTPPCOM-982.

Download Sample file button not display in Subadmin account  so reopen the Jira .

Verified in latest source v6.0

change applied done in 3rd round verification so closing this issue.
