 Description   

Steps:

1. Go to Customer > My Account > SIP devices create API
2. Enter Valid parameters and run the API and check response

Expected result : creation_date and last_modified_date time should be display properly and should be same in API response and also in GUI side.

Actual result : creation_date and last_modified_date time display different and not match in GUI side.

not able to check time due to below issue,

steps to reproduce:

  1. login as customer 
  2. go to sip create API
  3. enter valid details and run 
  4. check html error 
  5. now run API with same details
  6. check error display as  "Duplicate SIP Device Number" 
  7. check in portal sip created successfully 

expected result: if sip created successfully then html error should not display

I have checked this in the latest source and I'm not getting any error while creating the SIP device. Please check once and let me know if you have anything
