 Description   

Steps :- 

  1. Login as admin/reseller/customer.
  2. go to SIP devices.
  3. click on advance.
  4. now enable call routing option.
  5. now click on dropdown and try to select PSTN/Extension dropdown and observe.

Actual result :-  Dropdown is not working in advance routing. unable to select PSTN/extension dropdown.

Expected result :-  it should be select PSTN/Extension from dropdown.

Hello Prashant Kumar In Community we allow Only Extension Dropdown not PSTN that's why you cannot change to Extension to PSTN.
