 Description   

Step:

1. Go to Customer > My Account > SIP devices create API
2. Enter characters in username and enter invalid email for mailto parameters and enter valid
input for other parameters.
3. Run the API and check response

Expected result : Validation message should be display for 'username' and 'mailto' parameters.

Actual result : API run successfully and no any validation message is display.

Added validations on the "username" and "mailto" fields.
