steps to reproduce:

  1. login as admin
  2. go to ip setting list API
  3. enter all valid details and run (make sure there is no record available)
  4. check success response 

expected result: 400 response should be display

As we have discussed it's not an issue. If we have no data then we displayed a 200 response code.
