 Description   

Steps:

(1) Install  Support ticket addon.
(2) Now create one reseller  and  create one reseller customer.
(3) create one department in reseller 
(4) Go to service -> support ticket 

Bug decription : Support ticket not display department created by reseller. 

Expected result : Support ticket must  display department created by reseller.
