commision rate whole data displayed and valid data is not searched.

steps:-
1. https://13.127.15.161/accounts/reseller_list/
2. Login a reseller.
3. Billing > commission rate.

Bug description:-
IN billing module in the commission rate below fields are not displayed properly.

1. commission field:- less than equal than /is equal to/ is not equal to/greater than/less than   is data not searched properly.
2. whole data found this module selected data not be displayed when Dropdown.
   1. Order id have whole order id displayed 2.  Product name field admin whole product data are displayed.

Expected result:-
1. commission filed have search with user-wise data displayed.
2.whole data should not be displyed.
