notification email - notification not sent on notification email

steps to reproduce:

1. login as admin
2. set SMTP configuration
3. set different email id's in email and notification email from customer edit
4. now recharge to above customer
5. check notification not get in notification email id

expected result: notification should be get on notification email id which set from customer edit
