Invoice: Generated invoice has 88 in company address.

steps to reproduce:
1)Log in as admin -> create one prepaid customer
2)Refill some amount to customer account -> login as customer
3)GO to billing ->invoices -> Download the generated invoice and check address

Note : 88 is country id of India.

Actual result :Company address display 88 after Province name.
Expected result :Company address display country name after Province name.
