As per sample file when user import data then one extra field display and records imported in wrong field

Steps:

Login with portal
1. Go to Tariff > Origination Rates
2. Now click on import button.
3. Now import field as per sample files and check data before process to next.

Expected result : As per sample file import fields data should be display and when user import data as per sample file then import should be successfully and data should be imported in proper fields as per file.

Actual result : As per sample file import fields data not display and one extra country field is count for import and after import successfully data wrong imported.
