When user import TR file then Initial Increment and Increment field data is imported in wrong field

Steps:

Login with portal
1. Go to Carriers > Termination Rates
2. Now click on import with field map button.
3. Now map the fields as per your excel file and click on proceed button
4. After imported file check data

Expected result : Initial Increment and Increment field data should be imported properly in their fields.

Actual result : Initial Increment and Increment field data is imported in Grace Time and Cost/Min(USD) fields.
