[GUI]Add Ring-Group Addon in Community

      Description

      We are planning to develop a new addon name as Ring-Group in the community.

      In this addon, we will give only forwarding on SIP devices only.

      Also when Addon is installed we give the RG option in DID Call-type.

      In the community, we didn't add an advance option or call screening in  RG.

      Create New Addon Ring Group
      Add call type in DID Call type drop down
