In Community, have reseller customer services module search filter issue.

steps:-
1. https://communityv5.astppbilling.org/user/user_invoices_list/
2. login as a reseller customer.

Bug Description:-
1. service > product > search filter "From Date To Date" does not filter data properly.
2. (please check reseller account only) service > orders > Order search filed in "doesn't
    Contain" search filter not working.

Expect result:-

1. Service > product > search filter "From Date To Date" should work data properly.
2. (please check reseller account only) service > orders > Order search filed in "doesn't contain" search filter should be working.  **
