Mail notification not sent on external mail id

Note: For every CRON mail not received on external mail id.

1. Login with portal
2. First configure for SMTP,
3. thenafter chek Email broadcast cron and update for minute to run.
4. Now create one customer and use live email id
5. After creating customer, refill 100 or 200 balance
6. Now check after 1 minute.

Expected result : As per Cron run mail notification should be receive on mail.

Actual result : Mail notification not coming but in Email History notification sent display.
