Description
Steps:-
1. Install Support ticket add on
2. Now Go to Services > Support ticket > Department
3. Create one department and inactive that department
4. Now refresh the page and check
Expected result : User should be able to inactive new created department.
Actual result : User is not able to inactive new created department
