Description
Steps:
1. Install Support ticket add on
2. Now Go to Services > Support ticket > Support ticket
3. Create one ticket and close this ticket by click on close support ticket button
4. Now again click on close support ticket button and check
Expected result : Alert message should be display for already closed support ticket. Ticket updated message should not be display.
Actual result : Ticket closed message also display for already closed support ticket
