Sender name in email

Friends, I found a problem in SMTP, it just doesn't have a field to configure the sender's name (company name) if I configure it with the email brvoz@brvoz.com.br it simply puts brvoz as the sender's name, I I've already tested it in whmcs for example and the name I configure it is normally ok, my smtp accepts any name in the header, the problem is that this field does not exist in astpp.
Even on the Company Profile page, everything is configured, it doesn't work.
