CLONE - DID not displaying in search when try to search by using city and province which city and province name defined with space in customer login

1. Steps :- 

1. login as admin.
2. Go to Inbound > DIDs > create.
3. create some DID by using city and province name with space. (for example:- city name= new delhi,  province= uttar pradesh).
4. Now login as customer.
5. Go to Inbound > DIDs.
6. Click on purchase.
7. now try to search above created DID with "city" and "province" and check into Available DIDs.

2. Steps :- 

• login as admin.
• Go to Inbound > DIDs > create.
• create some DID by using city and province name with space. (for example:- city name= new delhi,  province= uttar pradesh).
• Now Go to Accounts.
• Customers > Edit customers.
• In left panel, Click on DIDs.
• click on purchase.
• Now try to search above created DID by using city and province and check into Available DIDs.

Actual result :- DID is not displaying into "Available DIDs."

Expected result :- DID should be display successfully.

Note:- This issues are also occurred in community v5.0 version.
