Bug adding prefixes to free minutes package

Hello Team,

I detected a problem when creating a free package minutes and adding prefixes to it.

The error occurs when you go to add destination, filter by rate group and code till I get only one prefix to add.  Then I press the Add button and I can see that only one prefix (the one I searched) is added to the list:

Then, I press the Save button and when I go again to the product (package) details I see the following:

As you can see, all the prefixes belonging to the rate group are added....
