Description
Steps :-
- Install ASTPP v4.0
- Login as admin.
- Go to Get Addon > Community.
- Install Support Ticket addon.
- Re-login as admin
- Go to Services > Support Ticket.
- Create Department and some some ticket. (Created records will be display in grid)
- Now Upgrade ASTPP version 4.0 to 5.0
- After successful upgrade.
- Login as admin.
- Go to Get Addon >Community.
- Update Support Ticket Add-on.
- Re-login as admin/reseller/customer.
- Go to services > Support ticket.
- Verify existing records which have already created before upgrade in 5.0.
Actual result :- Existing Records are not displaying into grid.
Expected result :- It should be display in grid.
