Community upgrade :-From date to date is not working and it taking any random input.

Steps to Reproduce:-

1. login as Admin/Reseller.
2. Go to services.
3. Go to Order
4. click on search icon and observe From date and To date.

Actual Result:-    From date and To date field is taking any random value.

Expected Result:-  From date and To date field should not be take any random value.
