Configuration>Tax :- when clicking multiple time on save button, then multiple same tax created.

Configuration>Tax :- when clicking multiple time on save button, then multiple same tax created.

Steps to Reproduce:- 

1. Login as Admin,
2. Go to Configuration.
3. Click on Taxes.
4.  Click on Create.
5. Fill proper data and click multiple time on save button.
6. Now verify Tax Grid.

Actual Result:- When clicking multiple time on save button, then multiple same tax creating and displaying in Grid.

Expected Result:- When click on multiple time then it should be created only one time.
