      Description

      Steps to reproduce :

      1. Open web portal
      2. Click on sign up
      3. Fill up valid details with valid Captcha
      4. Click on sign up 
      5. Verify "Please enter valid Captcha code" message is displayed

      Expected result :

        > OTP page should be opened when click on sign up with valid Captcha code.
