Email History - "product_commission" notification is not displayed in email history when commission is getting.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Login as customer of reseller
2. Go to product menu
3. Purchase any product
4. Back to reseller login
5. Go to commission report
6. Verify commission is received properly
7. Login as admin
8. Go to email history 
9. Then verify "product_commission" notification is not displayed

Expected result :

 > "product_commission" notification should be displayed properly.
