Description
Steps to reproduce:=

Issue no 1. :-
- Login as Reseller.
- Go to Accounts.
- Go to customer.
- go to edit customer.
- Click on Caller id.
Actual result:- " Add " button is not displaying in Caller id.
Expected result:- " Add " button should be display in Caller id.
Issue no 2. :-
- Login as Reseller.
- Go to Billing.
- Go to Refill Report.
- Click on Export.
- After downloaded Refill report, open Export csv file and observe.
Actual Result:- Account field is not displaying in Export csv file.
Expected Result:- Account field should be display in Export csv file.
Issue no 3. :-
1. Login in admin
2. Go to account menu
3. Click on roles & permission > Click on create/edit
4. All permission are allow in all menus
5. Login in sub admin
6. Verify in Report", "Admin Configuration", "Fraud Configuration" menu.
Expected result :
> "Report", "Admin Configuration", "Fraud Configuration" menu should be display properly.
