Email history - Notification is not working.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Login as admin
2. Go to Report menu
3. Click on Email History
4. Check data
5. Go to account menu > Customer
6. Click on create button
7. Fill up details and save
8. Fill up refill
9. Go to email history
10. Verify notification is not working

Actual result :

  > "Created account" and "account refilled" notification is not falling in email history.

Expected result :

  > All Notification should be working fine.
