Order new - Dashboard is opened when click on "Cancel and return to merchant" in paypal.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Login as customer
2. Go to service menu
3. Click on order new
4. Select any package and order
5. Paypal is selected and pay now
6. Click on "Cancel and return to merchant" 
7. Then verify dashboard is opened

Expected result :

  > Product page should be opened when click on "Cancel and return to merchant".
