Description
when DID assign/purchase to the customer, email notification not getting in email history.
Steps to reproduce:=

- login as Admin.
- Go to Inbound,
- Go to DID
- select any DID assign to the Customer.
- now go to email notification history and observe.
Actual result:- After DID assigned successfully, DID release email notification not getting.
Expected result:- After DID assign successfully, it should be DID release email notification get properly.
