      Description

      when DID assign/purchase to the customer, email notification not getting in email history.

      Steps to reproduce:=

      ==================================================

      1. login as Admin.
      2. Go to Inbound,
      3. Go to DID
      4. select any DID assign to the Customer.
      5. now go to email notification history and observe.

      Actual result:- After DID assigned successfully, DID release email notification not getting.

      Expected result:-  After DID assign successfully, it should be DID release email notification get properly.
