Reseller portal "My Rates" display issue

      Description

      For example: In "Origination Rates", I set 1 code with "Per Minute Cost" = USD 0.019 using admin account.

      then create a reseller account, linked with Rate Group "default" with no markup (0%).

      But using reseller account to login, navigate to "Tariffs" > "My Rates", it is showing USD 0.0192 there.
