Changing reseller from Distributor to Not distributor creates error

      Description

      If a newly created reseller is created with "Is Distributor" flag enabled, when trying to change it to "No", the following error occurs and it is not possible :

      An Error Was Encountered
      Call to a member function build_charges_list_for_customer() on null
